Do we ask for personal information from our vistors and members?
Generally NO. If you wish to post or comment on this site, we will ask for your name, e-mail address, and other limited personal information in order to confirm that you are a live person. If you sign up as a member, submit a story or other documentation, or when you use features such as e-mail, contact forms, guest book or forum, we will ask for enough information in order to identify you as a legitimate contributor and to enable two-way communication with you.
If you should make a purchase of a book, service or other product from this site, we will generally refer your communication to a secure third party billing service (such as PayPal.com or Amazon.com) to process any purchases from us. To facilitate payment and fulfillment in connection with membership and other purchases from us, we will request that any personal credit card, debit card or other payment information be processed only through those or other verified and secure billing services.
If you choose to do so, you may share further information about yourself, your activity on the site, and your background and interests, with other members of the site. Examples would be postings, guest book and forum entries and other submissions (family stories, genealogy charts, news articles, etc.) The Administrator will, however, closely monitor any communications going through this site via email, guest book or forum entries, and signature files attached to submissions. The type and quantity of profile information you share in this way is entirely your choice. The Administrator reserves the right to monitor, edit, or delete any information that might jeapordize the safety and security of this site or the privacy rights of any members or contributors.
How will we use your personal information?

We will also use the personal registration information you provide us to let you know about new features, article updates, or other offers of interest from us and also to address your customer service needs.
In distributing advertiser or sponsor messages, the advertiser is not given access to individual account information from us and we do not access any personal information you provide to them. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information to these or other advertisers for their use. Advertisers simply provide the advertising message which we then display to our visitors. If and when you click on a third party advertisement on this site, Hoyle Consulting Service does not retain any specific information about your IP address, your personal information, or other identifying data. All our server does is track the actual number of click-throughs in order to confirm that our software and server systems are working properly.
